About this integration

Meeton ai reads your Garoon (Cybozu) schedule availability and offers prospects only the slots that work for your team. Confirmed meetings land directly on the rep's Garoon schedule with attendee details filled in — no double-booking, no manual entry.

How to install

Log into your Meeton ai account at app.dynameet.ai.

Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

Click Connect next to the Garoon logo and enter your Garoon account details.

Meeting bookings will now sync automatically with your Garoon schedule.

Usage & Prerequisites

Prerequisites

An active Meeton ai account at app.dynameet.ai and a Garoon account with permission to read and write the schedules of the users who take meetings.

Removing the App

Log into your Meeton ai account at app.dynameet.ai.

Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

Click Disconnect next to the Garoon logo.

Confirm the disconnection. Meeting bookings will no longer sync to Garoon.
