It answers questions about calls a candidate already has. Candidates can add a call to their calendar, reschedule it or cancel it.

It remembers the context
A returning candidate picks up the conversation where they left off. It doesn't ask again for details they already gave, and it knows which calls they have booked.

What it won't do
- Make up salary, visa sponsorship, remote-work rules or hiring timelines. If it isn't in your content, it says a recruiter will confirm.
- Ask about age, nationality, family, religion, health or anything else unrelated to the job, or judge candidates on it.
- Decide who gets hired. Your recruiters run the selection.
- Link anywhere but your own pages. No job boards, no other companies' sites.

How is it different from the AI SDR?
It's the same Meeton chat with a different goal. The AI SDR takes prospects to a sales meeting; the Recruiting Agent takes candidates to an application or a screening call. Each site (funnel) runs one type, so your sales site and careers site are set up separately.
Does the AI screen candidates?
No. It answers questions and guides the next step. Screening and hiring decisions stay with your recruiters.
What if it can't answer a question?
It doesn't guess. It says a recruiter will confirm, and the candidate can leave their details so your recruiter can follow up.
Where do we see the conversations?
Each candidate's conversation, the pages they viewed and the calls they booked are kept together in the dashboard.
